Today is the day we welcome you back at our sanctuary.
With open arms and with a very special announcement:

Visitors will be able to meet Molly and her newborn Milo. It is the first time that visitors can see one of the baby chimps in our sanctuary, because mum and son live with a group in one of our open enclosures 💚

There are approximately 2090 plant species and 147 known species of mammals in Sierra Leone, including our National Animal the Chimpanzee.

Did you know that the chimpanzee is a large seed-spreader? They help our forest grow and from healthy forests we all benefit.

To protect our national animal, we are launching a new campaign called the ”Chimpanzee National Awareness & Protection Campaign”. To inform, educate and sensitize the people of Sierra Leone about the importance of Chimpanzees.
