The book will be given to different school children and clubs to learn mor about what it takes to look after and rehabilitate orphan chimpanzees with inspiration from the iconic Mama P 👏

In memory of Sheila Siddle. ❤

When we talk about chimpanzees in the world, we often think about Dr Jane Goodall.

But to us, representatives of the Chimpanzee Sanctuaries of Africa, there have been pioneers among whom Sheila and Dave Siddle who founded the sanctuary of Chimfunshi in Zambia.

It is thanks to unique people like Sheila and Dave, thanks to their love for animals, their dedication, perseverance and simplicity, and through all the values they taught us that Franck and I created J.A.C.K. We feel honored and fulfilled we have been able to share the same passion of saving our closest relatives from extinction.

Mom, we know you are in Heaven and that you will always look after us. We will never forget you. You will be forever in our hearts.

Tonight all the chimpanzees of the world are in mourning.
